  • Assisting the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
  • Coordinating daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments
  • Monitoring and maintaining optimal store inventory levels, placing orders for merchandise as needed
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating store employees, identifying areas for improvement and providing coaching and support
  • Supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Monitoring store operating costs, budgets, and resources to ensure profitability
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Analyzing sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to optimize product positioning and pricing
  • Conducting regular store audits to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in financial principles and data analysis, with the ability to create and interpret reports and spreadsheets
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
