Roles and responsibilities

  • Own the P/L including overseeing daily operational activities across sales, marketing, customer service, finance and HR
  • Create strategic plan to achieve business goals and set key performance indicators for the team and establish your own goals
  • Prepare and implement budget and control measures as well as resource allocation plan
  • Develop the delegation and escalation matrix, policies, SOPs, training programs and ensure adherence to them to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees to achieve business goals and ensure that they are engaged and develop professionally
  • Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted without any friction and conflicts are resolved to achieve mutual benefit

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management or related field
  • 7-9 years of verifiable success at a managerial level
  • Proficient in strategy, budgeting and planning operations
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication, delegation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage employees and create a culture of accountability

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Conducting skill gap analysis to develop a L&D program to upskill employees
  • Knowledge of performance management and employee retention strategies

Salary range

$160-190K base salary + annual bonus
