Create offers from templates, preview them live, and send them to candidates.

What it is

Offer Builder is the single screen where an approved candidate's offer letter is created, previewed, and sent, covering template selection, offer details, and the live PDF preview all in one place.

Route: /onboarding-suite/offer-builder → renders OnboardingSuiteOfferBuilder.tsx

Step by step

Select or start a template
Open the template dropdown to load a saved template, or start a blank offer.

Fill in offer details
Enter role-specific details: compensation, title, start date, and any additional clauses. The preview panel updates live as fields are filled in.

Save as template (optional)
If this offer's structure should be reused, save it as a new template via the save-template modal.

Preview the PDF
Open the generated PDF preview to check formatting before sending.

Send
Send the offer to the candidate through the Candidate Inbox. Status updates to Sent immediately.
