This is an organization-wide setting. Once configured, it applies to every recruiter's onboarding workflows going forward.

How to configure

  1. 1
    Open Settings
Go to Onboarding Suite → Settings. Under "Configure organization-wide onboarding," find the Required documents from candidates panel.
  2. 2
    Add a new document requirement
In the "Add checklist entry" section, fill in: Document name (required), e.g. "Government-issued photo ID"; Instructions (optional): guidance shown to the candidate, e.g. "Clear color scan, front and back, under 10 MB"; Allowed file types for upload (required): select one or more of PDF, JPEG/JPG, PNG, or Word (.docx). Candidates can submit any of the selected formats.
  3. 3
    Save the entry
Click Add to checklist. The entry appears immediately in the Checklist list below. (Tip: press Enter in the Document name field to add quickly without clicking the button.)
  4. 4
    Review the checklist
Each saved entry shows its name, instructions, and accepted formats as chips. This list is what candidates will see and be required to fulfill during document collection.
  5. 5
    Remove or update an entry
Click Remove next to any checklist item to delete it. To change a document's name or formats, remove it and re-add it with the updated details.
