Warehouse Associate Job Description 

Location: On-site, Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4 PM PT

Overview: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate, who will be an integral part of the team and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for helping with all aspects of our warehouse operations including sorting, product preparation, and general warehouse operations. The efforts must support the aggressive growth and expansion of a rapidly growing, early-stage startup.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately pick items in customers' orders, pack items in bags, and prepare bags for handoff to couriers.
  • Prepare refills by processing requests and supply orders; picking and packing
  • Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service
  • Support with incoming shipments and inventory management
  • Conduct inventory counts, clean and organize the warehouse, and do whatever it takes to delight our customers with a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and work primarily standing
  • Ability to lift 50lbs

Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base salary $17.50/hr - $18/hr
