Location: Remote, Full-time

Overview: We're seeking a seasoned Creative Officer with over ten years of experience in the technology and entertainment industries. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the vision and execution of our creative strategy, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of all digital content, including website design, social media content, and digital advertising, while ensuring consistency and high-quality
  • Skillfully balance the intersection of user needs, artistic innovation, and brand guidelines, focusing particularly on entrepreneurs as our core audience. 
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative strategies align with business goals and enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and optimize results
  • Oversee and cultivate productive relationships with external creative agencies to supplement and enhance in-house capabilities, ensuring alignment with Bizee's brand vision and standards
  • Champion AI-forward strategies by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to innovate and enhance creative processes, ensuring Bizee remains at the forefront of digital trends and continues to offer cutting-edge, AI-enhanced user experiences
  • Lead the development of dynamic prototypes, from concept through to execution, ensuring they are highly functional, user-centric, and reflective of the latest design trends. This includes managing the prototype lifecycle to validate concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate designs, ultimately enhancing the product's market readiness and user satisfaction
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's message and drive engagement
  • Help develop and refine brand strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience
  • Build, mentor, and lead a creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence

Skills & Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of expertise in design, technology, innovation, and audience understanding.
  • Proven track record of collaboration and leadership in dynamic environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Figma and Tailwind CSS for design translation.
  • Passion for problem-solving and driving innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, ideally within a startup
  • A passion for storytelling through design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Creative Director Salary Range: The average salary of the creative director is $85,000 - $135,000 per annum.
