Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, ensuring tables are clean and properly set.
  • Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Place tableware and condiments on tables, ensuring all items are clean and available.
  • Serve water and welcome snacks, such as breadsticks.
  • Refill beverages and take orders, assisting wait staff as needed.

  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave, maintaining a tidy dining area.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.

  • Experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Salary Range

$10.27 - $20.76 per hour based on experience  + tips.
