Since my early career days, I have had a deep passion for sales. As I spoke to hundreds of hiring managers, it became clear that one of the biggest challenges was finding effective ways to identify candidates that truly fit the job description in practice, rather than just on paper. And very soon I had this realisation that any good practice in sales when replicated to hiring, has a potential to disrupt the space. And hence HireQuotient was born.
It was simple. As a sales manager, you increase the top of funnel, keeping your leads engaged on multiple touchpoints to ensure they are interested in your offering. As a hiring manager, you want to maintain a strong candidate pipeline and make them. Solution is same - easy source and personalised engagement, all at one place.
Similarly, during sales, the leads need to be relevant else it creates a mismatch. No wonder in hiring, the candidate need to have the relevant skills so that you as a hiring manager does not spend extra time with misfits.
