Activation steps
- 1Find HireQuotient in the Paylocity MarketplaceNavigate to the Paylocity Marketplace and search for HireQuotient, or use the direct link below.Open Paylocity Marketplace
- 2Enable the integration in PaylocityClick 'Connect' on the HireQuotient tile in Marketplace. Paylocity will generate an API credential set and send it to your HireQuotient account admin.
- 3Authorize the connection in HireQuotientLog in to HireQuotient, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Paylocity, and enter the credentials from the previous step. Click Authorize.
- 4Configure your sync preferencesChoose which job requisitions to import, set your candidate sync triggers, and map any custom fields between the two platforms.
- 5Run a test sync and go liveUse the built-in test mode to push a sample candidate to Paylocity. Once verified, enable live sync and start hiring.
