Set up the HireQuotient + Paylocity connection in minutes. Here's what to expect.

Activation steps

  1. 1
    Find HireQuotient in the Paylocity Marketplace
    Navigate to the Paylocity Marketplace and search for HireQuotient, or use the direct link below.
    Open Paylocity Marketplace

    Enable the integration in Paylocity
    Click 'Connect' on the HireQuotient tile in Marketplace. Paylocity will generate an API credential set and send it to your HireQuotient account admin.
  3. 3
    Authorize the connection in HireQuotient
    Log in to HireQuotient, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Paylocity, and enter the credentials from the previous step. Click Authorize.
  4. 4
    Configure your sync preferences
    Choose which job requisitions to import, set your candidate sync triggers, and map any custom fields between the two platforms.
  5. 5
    Run a test sync and go live
    Use the built-in test mode to push a sample candidate to Paylocity. Once verified, enable live sync and start hiring.
