All right. We will jump right into it. Hello, Hank. Thank you so much for doing this. Let's start by hearing about you and your decades of background in recruiting.

Hank

Thank you. I was introduced to recruiting about 16 or 17 years ago and began, like most recruiters, as a generalist. I started working in recruiting for finance, sales, and business development professionals because that was a language I was fluent in. IT coding was very popular at the time, but I did not speak that language, so I stayed away from it despite its popularity and profitability. I have always enjoyed placing finance, business, and tax professionals. I started HPS Talent with a focus primarily on business development and sales professionals. In 2019, I decided to move into the healthcare space. After working as a generalist in healthcare for a couple of years, I decided to specialize even further in cardiology. It was a topic that interested me and one I was passionate about. For the last several years, we have focused exclusively on cardiology. My intent is to build HPS and continue developing it into an authority in cardiovascular service lines. We aim not to be a master of everything, but a highly specialized recruiting firm focused on just one thing.

That is very impressive. Thank you for sharing that deep dive into your experience. I am aware that throughout your career, you have used many platforms. What made you sign up for ours?

Hank

That is a great question. I do not recall exactly where I encountered HireQuotient and EasySource, but at the time, I was looking for better solutions for marketing and high-volume outbound messaging. I had a couple of people doing sales development and recruitment work, paying them by the hour. As an experiment, I met with the EasySource team and decided to try it for a couple of months to compare it to the appointment setters I had hired. I found that it provided just as many contact points. While appointment setters are not experts in cardiology, the messaging I create with EasySource is hyper-personalized. I can wordsmith it as much as I want, and there are many autonomy and AI features. It fit my needs perfectly. Within the first few months, I no longer needed to employ SDRs, so it was a great move for me.

I am glad to hear that. I understand you have worked closely with our CEO. What are your views on him, both personally and professionally?

Hank

I think SM is a fantastic human being. I enjoy speaking with him personally; he is not only very bright and capable but also sincere and personable. I am still getting to know him and the range of his professional experience, but every time we communicate, there is a high level of understanding and great synergy between us. I feel he leads his team the same way. I want to note that my best experiences with EasySource and HireQuotient—from SM to everyone else—have been defined by professionalism. In the recruiting resource world, I have worked with many large name-brand players. Customer service is often their biggest challenge, but I find that HireQuotient and EasySource truly excel in that area.

I am glad to hear that as well. Shifting gears to one of today's most discussed topics: AI and hiring. What are your thoughts on that?

Hank

That is also a great question. I am very excited about it. As a small boutique firm that competes against large recruiting outfits, the AI-centric nature of EasySource and HireQuotient is what initially attracted me. This has led to a broader discussion about building an AI-centric recruiting platform together. AI, in general, excites me; I am a self-proclaimed AI geek who loves to read and learn about it. These resources are invaluable in today's marketplace. We should explore anything that can be automated to improve efficiency. It is very exciting.

Given that you are one of our power users, what is your most-used functionality on the product?

Hank

I most use the project campaigns, omni-channel, and sequencing features. They are very powerful, yet once you understand how they work, they are also quite simple. From an EasySource standpoint, the platform is user-friendly, and it is very easy to start and activate a project. It has been well-thought-out for its simplicity, which is what I enjoy most about it.

When I encounter a company that delivers results and conducts itself the way they do, it is easy to align my efforts with theirs.
