Magic booking links

Instead of emailing time slots back and forth, send the candidate a single magic booking link. Availability is pulled from every interviewer's calendar in real time.

   Open the interview panel

   On the candidate profile, click Schedule Interview.

   Choose interviewers

   Add the hiring manager and any panel members.

   Set round & duration

   Pick the interview round and duration (default 45 min).

   Send link

   Click Send Booking Link. Candidate receives an email with a personalized link.

   Auto-sync

   When booked, calendar invites are sent to all parties automatically.
