Pipeline stages and bulk actions

Each job has its own pipeline. Candidates flow in from three sources — careers page applications, employee referrals, and outbound sourcing — and progress through configurable stages.

   Open the job

   In All Jobs, click the job row to open its pipeline.

   Filter by stage

   Use the stage tabs at the top (Applied, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired).

   Bulk select

   Check multiple candidates and use the bulk actions bar to advance stage, send outreach, or reject.
