Building a multi-channel sequence

Email + LinkedIn Connect + InMail + SMS with delays.

Outreach sequences combine email, LinkedIn connection requests, LinkedIn InMail, SMS, and automated follow-ups — each with configurable delays and merge tags.

    Open LinkedIn Workflow or Outreach Sequences

    In the left sidebar under Core Workspace.

    Create a new sequence

    Click New Sequence and name it.

    Add steps

    Drag Email, LinkedIn Connect, InMail, or SMS blocks onto the timeline.

    Set delays

    Configure day-based delays between steps.

    Insert merge tags

    Use {{firstName}}, {{company}}, {{role}} to personalize.

    Launch

    Attach the sequence to a project or a candidate selection, then Launch.
