AI background verification

After acceptance, one click runs an AI background check. The system compares the candidate's resume and LinkedIn profile to detect inconsistencies, employment gaps, and other red flags.

   Open the candidate profile

   After acceptance, the Verification tab becomes available.

   Run verification

   Click Run AI Verification. Results return in under a minute.

   Review flags

   Each flag is annotated with the specific inconsistency (dates, titles, companies).

   Confirm hire

   Click Confirm Hire to move the candidate to Hired status and start onboarding.
