    Open Decision view
    On the candidate profile, click Make Decision (visible after all rounds close).

    Review consolidated scorecards
    Each interviewer's rating shown side-by-side with rationale.

    Accept or reject
    Click Accept to trigger the Offer flow, or Reject with a reason.
