Before any sequence launches, HireQuotient checks your exclusion lists and every active campaign to filter out anyone who's already being contacted.
• Global exclusion list (do-not-contact)
• Per-workspace exclusion by domain
• Active-campaign check across all projects
• Recent-contact window (default 90 days, configurable)
