Notes, star ratings, and tags stay attached to the global profile — so if a candidate re-applies six months later, all your prior context is right there.

   Open the profile

   Click any candidate row to open their profile drawer.

   Add a note

   Use the Notes tab. Mention teammates with @.

   Rate

   Click the star rating in the header. This feeds into future match scores.
