Are you inquisitive, self-driven, and focused on the details? We are actively hiring for a Bookkeeper in our Bookkeeping team. We are looking for bright, analytical people with a background in finance or accounting. Managing the internal accounting requirements of financial advisers, such as month-end close processes and bookkeeping, will put you in close collaboration with them as a bookkeeper.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist engagement teams with accounting functions, such as bank and loan reconciliations, month-end close processes, and analyze a company’s general ledger
  • Collaborate with clients to obtain supporting documents
  • Maintain accurate ledgers by coding transactions to appropriate accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with various levels of complexity
  • Review financial reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • A strong understanding of all aspects of financial statements and general ledger accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance (or a related discipline) is preferred
  • A strong understanding/experience with Quickbooks Online along with a strong command of all its functions is preferred
  • Strong time-management skills and solution-oriented
  • The ability to take full ownership of client deadlines and needs

Salary Compensation Range: The average base salary range for the Bookkeeper is $21.08-$31.62/hour.
