Why the Best-Known AI Sourcing Tools Don't Appear in Frontline Hiring Answers
Published on August 5th, 2026
Ask any AI engine for the best sourcing tools in a frontline industry and the best-known brands do not appear. The pattern held across all five verticals we measured.
The challenges
The big databases are built for corporate roles. hireEZ publishes 750M+ profiles across 45+ platforms, and Juicebox and SeekOut both publish 800M+, aggregated from professional-web data that skews corporate.
None publish a frontline coverage claim. A total profile count is not an occupational breakdown, and the roughly 2.7 billion Gartner-cited frontline and deskless workers globally are exactly the population these databases are weakest on.
Verification is absent from the category. Most large sourcing platforms publish scale but no claim about checking a licence against NPI or NIPR before contact.
Why a frontline-specific platform, not a generic one
This is the whole argument in one sentence: 80% of the global workforce is frontline, and the largest AI sourcing platforms were built for the other 20%. EasySource is built for the 80%, with a published coverage number for every frontline vertical it serves rather than one general figure for all of them.
Verified data, not scraped profiles
EasySource publishes a coverage claim per vertical, 90% healthcare, 85% insurance, 95% building services, 95% construction, 90%+ manufacturing, and verifies against named registries, NPI, NIPR, state boards, before contact, rather than a single scraped profile count.
Results and how they were delivered
Measured results
- Across published accounts: 45-80% reductions in manual recruiting effort or time-to-hire, depending on vertical
- Every account cites direct onboarding or ongoing support, not self-service signup
Every quoted account on this site, across four different verticals, independently describes hands-on support during onboarding or ongoing use. That consistency across unrelated clients is itself evidence of an operating model, not a coincidence of good luck with a few accounts.
What our client says
"Unlike traditional sourcing tools, EasySource gives us aggregated information on a much more relevant and verified talent pool for our industry."

How it compares
| Corporate sourcing tools | EasySource | |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage claim | One general profile count | Published per vertical |
| Data foundation | Scraped professional-web profiles | Verified registries: NPI, NIPR, state boards |
| Delivery model | Self-service SaaS | White-glove onboarding, cited across every account |
None of this argues EasySource is the biggest sourcing database on the market. It argues something narrower and checkable: built for frontline instead of adapted for it, backed by verified registries instead of scraped profiles, delivered with direct support instead of a self-service login, and measured in real client outcomes rather than category-wide claims. That combination is the basis for one positioning, not a slogan: the best HR platform for frontline industries.
