Type A: Personalising sentences based on candidate profile

(more consistent, suitable for medium and high volume outreach)

1. Intent: Establishing synergies between candidate's profile and job requirements (structured)

Prompt:

{I must say I think you could be a potential great fit for this position because..write another 20-25 words to complete this sentence. Based on the candidate's profile, emphasize how their work experience aligns perfectly with the requirements of the [job title] position. Be concise and convincing in your writing.}

2. Intent: Value addition by candidate to the team

Prompt:

{I think, with your experience and accomplishments such as...., you could definitely add a lot of value to the team here and do wonders to your own growth. - Complete this sentence by talking about why the candidate can add a lot of value to the team. 3. Intent: Showcasing high positive interest in the candidate

Prompt:

Prompt:

(more creative but less consistent, suitable in short emails with more space to be creative)

2. Intent: General ice-breaker (may not be related specifically to the role)

3. Intent: Creating the need for this job, and attracting candidates to the job

Prompt:

4. Intent: Unstructured email to draw synergies as well as attract candidates to the job

Prompt:

Talk about their work experience without mentioning their specific job title, and 1 or 2 major skills.
