Job Description:

As the Recruitment Site Lead in the Tech Industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Your primary focus will be on providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in attracting high-quality candidates for technology companies in the United States.


  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure success in their roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technology companies in the United States.
  • Collaborate with our US-based clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates to meet current and future client demands.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity and results.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal team members, clients, and industry partners.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our recruitment strategies remain competitive and effective.


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading recruitment teams and meeting high volume headcount requirements under tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of the US technology industry and its specific hiring needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be fluent in English & Bulgarian.
