Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Facility Manager to join our team. As the Senior Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the facilities in both Switzerland and Germany, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive tenant experience. This is a permanent full-time position based in Zurich, with weekly day travels and two days of monthly trips.

- Manage and be the first point of contact for the assigned buildings in both Switzerland and Germany.
- Lead and motivate the technician teams, fostering a positive work environment with excellent communication.
- Handle routine maintenance and inventory management for the company's apartments.
- Conduct weekly inspections of the flats, collaborating with the operations department to address any issues related to client check-ins and check-outs, and work towards enhancing the overall client experience.
- Monitor and enhance the efficiency of all technical installations, while also managing maintenance contracts and third-party services.
- Take charge of managing and resolving technical installation failures effectively.

- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager with proven ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English (Fluent German and good English or Fluent English with good German - written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages of the buildings' locations would be advantageous.
- Open-minded and proactive approach towards tenants and colleagues, demonstrating a positive and responsible attitude.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well under stress, executing tasks efficiently and precisely.
- Friendly and approachable, capable of building a sense of camaraderie within the team.
