We is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist with experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies and utilizing ADOBE software for graphic design purposes. This position is for Parker Products, a leading confectionery and sweet ingredients company.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Parker Products' confectionery/sweet ingredients.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using ADOBE software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate promotional events and tradeshows to showcase Parker Products' offerings.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a must.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Strong graphic design skills using ADOBE software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The base salary for this position is up to $90,000 per year, with potential for a bonus.
