Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager

Job Description:

 We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at CJ Bio. This role can be based remotely with travel and offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will cover either the Eastern Region (East Coast) or the Midwest Region/Central USA, engaging in business development and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Represent CJ Bio at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Knowledge of the food industry or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Location: Home-based/Remote with travel (Eastern Region of USA or Midwest Region/Central USA)
