Job Description: Assistant Private Banking / Assistant Relationship Management

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Private Banking / Assistant Relationship Management professional to join our esteemed private banking team in Zurich. As a Private Banking Assistant with 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our private bankers and relationship managers to deliver exceptional financial services to our valued clients.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to private bankers and relationship managers.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and transactions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and review client documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, both in-person and virtual.
- Assist with investment-related tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor financial markets and industry trends to provide relevant insights to the team.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Private Banking Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products and investment instruments.
- Familiarity with relevant banking and regulatory procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
