  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
